Image Compressor
Shrink image file size while keeping quality. Runs in your browser; your files are never uploaded.
Ready files
- Everything happens on your device, so even private photos are safe.
- For the web, WebP at quality 75 is usually 60–80% smaller than the original.
- Location and camera info (EXIF) are removed from the saved files.
The DGNbox Image Compressor shrinks your photos so they load faster, fit email attachments and pass “max 200 KB” upload forms. Choose a quality, a maximum width or an exact target size in KB, and the tool finds the best result for every file.

Frequently asked questions
How much smaller will my images get?
Photos usually shrink 50–80%. Converting PNG photos to WebP or JPG saves the most.
Can I make an image exactly under 100 KB?
Yes. Type 100 in “Target size (KB)” and the tool lowers the quality just enough to fit.
Will the quality drop?
At quality 70–80 the difference is very hard to see, while the file is much lighter.
Is it safe for personal photos?
Yes. Images are compressed on your device and never uploaded. Location data (EXIF) is also removed.
